David Irvine from Robert Oatley will start the evening off with some brief tasting notes of these commemorative 140 Year wines; both wines have 5 Star James Halliday ratings and will be available for sale on the night, together with a limited edition NBC 140 Year commemorative “Spiegelau” branded glasses.

• NBC smoked salmon plate served with dill, capers, avocado and aioli.

• Beef Fillet Rossini mignon served on a crouton. topped with pate and served with a red wine jus.
