Neutral Bay Club is simply a fantastic venue for your next team event, corporate meeting, seminar, celebration, or a casual catch-up with friends and family.

We have a variety of well-appointed indoor and lovely outdoor spaces to suit all occasions.

We can also include our famous barefoot bowls packages with your function. Our bowls coaches are ready to host your group, give them expert tips along with organising some fun and entertaining mini comps.

No matter what the occasion is, or the size of your function, we have everything you need to make your event an experience never to be forgotten.

 

Booking Form

If you require catering, you can either order a package via Lusso Kitchen’s functions menu or from our bistro (including our famous wood fired pizzas on-site). We can also arrange a bar tab depending on your budget.

Catering Menu

The Bay Room

Located to the left as you first enter the club, the Bay Room is a favourite for adult and children’s parties, business meetings, work conferences or any event which involves entertainment.

This is a completely private air-conditioned space containing a 65 inch television, AV connectivity and WiFi.

Seats: Up to 50 people
Cocktail: 80 to 100 people
Room hire: $75 per hour (3 hour minimum)

 

The Bay Room is an ideal room for children’s parties.

This space allows the use of popular entertainers such as Bop Till You Drop, Stardust and DJ Kit Kat.

Two time slots are available:

  • 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • 3:00 to 6:00 pm

Lusso Kitchen can also provide a range of child-friendly catering options to complement your party.

The Club House

Enjoy your next function, party or special event at the iconic Neutral Bay Club House.

Depending on the size of your function, you can either use half of the club or exclusive use of the whole club.

Half the club house

This area includes our ever-popular outdoor balcony, overlooking the greens.

With a stunning view of the bowling greens and tennis courts, this space has a relaxed vibe that is perfect for celebrations, parties or just a long lunch with friends.

Cocktail: 120 people
Room hire: None

The Whole Club House

For those special occasions and large celebrations, you can also have exclusive use of the whole club house including the balcony.

Cocktail: 200
Room hire: $500

The Raised Deck

The most popular spot in the club, this lovely space, positioned next to the wood fired pizza oven, makes it ideal for intimate gatherings and family get togethers.

Set against the gardens, overlooking the beautiful greens and close to the park, this outdoor area allows you to soak up the sun and enjoy the world go by.

Cocktail: 50 people
To have the space exclusively: $200 (can go towards drinks at the bar or barefoot bowls)
