Court Hire
If the courts are unplayable, your booking will be credited with the same amount.

Up to the club’s discretion on whether the courts are playable.

All players play at their own risk.

Correct shoes must be worn before entering the courts.

All players must behave in an appropriate way. Poor behaviour will result in the forfeit of any court hire fees.

Coaching
Private lessons need to be paid in advance.

All group coaching needs to pay be paid in the first week of term. As of term 1 2020, All term coaching will be processed via Direct Debit. All credit card information will be held on a secure server and is not accessible by the club.

Any payments more than 4 weeks outstanding will be penalised with a $15 administration fee.

There is 1 week of wet weather included in all kids bookings.

Make-up lessons can not be carried over between terms.

Refunds are only provided for medical reasons with a medical certificate required.

Tennis Visitor
A Tennis Member may invite up to a maximum of three Visitors to play at the Club on any given day, by reserving a court through the Club’s booking system.

The Member must accompany any Visitor invited to play.

A fee of $20 for the day will apply regardless of the number playing and must be paid either on line at the time of booking, or at the bar prior to the commencement of play (no exceptions).

The same Visitor may only be introduced by a Member on a maximum of six (6) occasions in any calendar year.

A Member will be responsible for the conduct and dress code of the Visitor whilst on the Club’s premises.

The onus will be on the Member to ensure that all parts of the policy are adhered to.

Any Member who does not comply with the above conditions will be deemed to have contravened the Tennis Visitor Policy.

If found to have breached the policy, a Member will face disciplinary action by the Board. Action may include suspension from using the Club’s facilities for a period as determined by the Board.
